WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BEING CONFIRMED?

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER GETTING A REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you received an order after receiving a refund, please contact us right away. We will assist you with the return process or offer a resolution.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?

If your package is held by customs, please be aware that it is beyond our control. However, we will assist you by providing any necessary information required to release the package. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

We do not operate on public holidays, so orders placed on these days may be delayed. However, we will ship your order on the next available business day.

IS NEXT-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS?

Next-day delivery is available for selected regions. Check if your location qualifies at checkout, and choose the next-day delivery option for fast processing.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
